I'M NATALIA.

Over the next 15 days, it will be my honor to guide you through different aspects of  our being and learn how to plant seeds of joy, respect and self love. 

In this first week, we will focus on reconnecting with all facets of our being.

We will get to know and appreciate the magical temple that is our body. 

We will learn what true self love is and how to connect deeper to our spiritual essence. How our thoughts affect it and how to get back to the place of remembrance that self love is the natural state of our body. 

During our second week we will look at practical tools to integrate all the insight we gatherd during the first week of self love, beginning with how to move from an emotional beggar to a sovereign state. What exactly is unconditional self love and how to use Synchronicity, intentions, gratefulness, unity to get there.

We will also be shedding and releasing the layers of programming that no longer serve us.

Society may put us in boxes, but that doesn't mean we have to stay there. So let's break free from who we think we should be and start living the fulfilling life we deserve.
