Awaken Your Feminine
in the Lands of Mary Magdalene
And come home to yourself.
25–31 MAY 2027 · SOUTHERN FRANCE · 8 WOMEN
An intimate pilgrimage through the sacred landscapes of Southern France, where history, mystery, embodiment and the living presence of Mary Magdalene meet.
Perhaps you’ve followed the Magdalena call this far without even knowing why.
Now, what would happen if you followed it all the way to France?
Perhaps you’ve felt it long before you could explain it
Mary Magdalene may have entered your life through a book, a painting, a place, a dream, a synchronicity. And somewhere along the way, perhaps the landscapes of Southern France began calling too.
Sometimes the call of a place is difficult to put into words. You may find yourself returning to its name, saving images, following threads of history and story, wondering what it would feel like to stand there yourself.
There can be a strange intimacy with a landscape you have never walked. Not certainty, necessarily. More like recognition. A curiosity that feels personal.
The pull doesn’t always make sense at first.
Sometimes it is simply a feeling of recognition, difficult to explain and impossible to completely ignore.
Does any part of this feel familiar?
You’ve already broken the blueprint
Now who are you without one?
Perhaps your life already looks different from the one that was imagined for you.
You’ve made choices that required you to trust yourself. Changed direction, questioned what you inherited, followed ideas other people didn’t always understand, or created something where there was no clear path.
You know how to make things happen. How to carry responsibility. How to move forward.
And yet there may be another part of you becoming louder now, the part drawn to beauty, pleasure and mystery. To the intelligence of your body. To receiving as much as giving. To intuition that doesn’t always arrive with an explanation.
A part of you that is curious about what happens when strength no longer means holding everything so tightly.
Perhaps this next chapter is less about becoming someone new, and more about discovering how much more of yourself there is to inhabit.
What might happen if you followed this thread all the way to Southern France?
For seven days, we step outside the rhythm of ordinary life and into a landscape layered with stories of Mary Magdalene, the Cathars, mystics, sacred waters and centuries of devotion.
We’ll walk ancient paths and mountain trails. Enter caves and grottoes. Visit places connected to Magdalene traditions. Immerse ourselves in sacred waters. Gather around beautiful tables. Rest, wander, talk, laugh, ritualize and leave space for the unexpected.
Some of these places have been drawing pilgrims for centuries. Others are quiet, hidden places rarely found on a conventional itinerary, places I have come to know through living here, returning to them and guiding women through these lands.
We come with our own unique quests, ways of knowing, sensing, intuiting and heart leadership.
This is a pilgrimage through the land and through ourselves

SEVEN DAYS THROUGH THE SACRED LANDSCAPES OF SOUTHERN FRANCE
Here is how our week unfolds: arriving and settling into the château, venturing out together, and returning with time to rest, share and let each experience settle.
I have curated this journey from living here and leading retreats in these lands. Each day has its own rhythm, with space around our pilgrimages for beautiful meals, unhurried conversation and the unexpected moments that become part of your story.
Below is the journey I have prepared for us, a sense of what awaits, with room to respond to the weather, the land and the needs of our circle.
DAY ONE · THRESHOLD
We arrive.
Imagine arriving through the Southern French countryside at the château that will become our home. Your room is waiting. Slowly, eight women gather, bags are put down, first conversations unfold
This first evening is about leaving the outer world at the door and entering the field of the retreat together.
The opening ritual is one of devotion, equality and being welcomed into the circle. Not performance. Not proving. Not arriving as the most evolved woman in the room.
Just arriving as you are
After the ceremony, we gather for our first meal and for a little while, the world outside can wait while our journey begins
DAY TWO · SOVEREIGN
We enter the mysteries of Rennes.
We begin in the landscapes that have held so many layers of history, myth, speculation and devotion.
At Rennes-le-Château, I’ll share the threads I’ve spent years following around Mary Magdalene, Saunière, local history and the stories that refuse to resolve themselves neatly.
From there, we move deeper into the wild land around Rennes-les-Bains.
We visit the miraculous red spring and the mystical stone seat often called the Throne of Isis with an ankh carved into it. This place has become profoundly meaningful in my own relationship with this landscape and the venusian energy.
We will be deeply immersed in ritual and working with the energies of this incredible sacred land
DAY THREE · SACRED WATERS
The feminine mysteries of water · receiving · the living land
We journey to sacred waters connected in local tradition with Mary Magdalene and into the crystalline landscapes of the region, including ancient springs and the place I call the Dragon Spring.
Water becomes our teacher
We work with receptivity, with the places where the body knows how to soften and the places where receiving still feels more vulnerable than giving.
There will be offerings to the waters and space to encounter the land in your own way.
For me, these places carry a very particular intelligence, turquoise water, mystical forest, and an elemental presence that is almost palpable
DAY FOUR · DESCENT
We enter the grotto.
Deep in the Ariège, we hike to a very sacred grotto held in local and esoteric tradition as a place of Cathar initiation. Stories connect it with the consolamentum, the most sacred spiritual rite of the Cathar path.
We will learn more about the Cathars and enter with our own ritual
We will also visit another suprise mystical site
DAY FIVE · THE FLAME
We climb Montségur.
We journey into the mountains to Montségur.
The history of this place is powerful enough on its own, the final great Cathar stronghold, siege, surrender and the burning of more than two hundred Cathars who refused to renounce their faith.
Around that history, other legends have accumulated, the Holy Grail, solar alignments, sacred geometry, energetic lines, Montségur as a solar temple, I will be transmitting all my knowledge about this incredible place and we will have some time to receive an energetic activation inside the mystical castle ruin
Another small surprise visit is also weaved into our day
DAY SIX · THE BELOVED
We return to the body.
After waters and grottos, we turn toward beauty, music, sensuality and the Beloved. In the land of the troubadours and fin’amor, we explore desire, pleasure and Venusian mysteries through sacred sensuality and feminine temple practices.
And above all, we explore receiving.
Not intellectually understanding receiving.
Actually receiving.
Being cared for. Being witnessed. Allowing beauty to affect you. Allowing pleasure without performing it.
Letting another woman give without immediately searching for what you owe in return.
Allowing yourself to be seen without needing to become more beautiful, more spiritual, more useful or more anything.
To feel what happens in the body when something good is allowed to arrive, and to stay there long enough to receive it.
To discover that sovereignty and receptivity are not opposites. That you can be deeply open and deeply self-held at the same time.
And perhaps that being witnessed does not always require a performance.
Sometimes you can simply be there,
And let yourself become the Beloved
DAY SEVEN · RETURN
We go home.
On our last morning, we gather one final time and close what we opened. The château feels different now. So do the women around the table.
You have created ritual with your own heart, listened to water and entered sacred places with your body and soul.
Perhaps, when you return home, the sacred no longer feels like somewhere you once visited in Southern France.
Perhaps you know how to find your way back to it and you'll have women to support you
A note on our itinerary
This is the intended rhythm of our week rather than a fixed schedule. Some of the places we visit are wild or sacred sites that cannot be privately reserved, and our plans may shift according to weather, access, local conditions or what is happening on the land when we arrive. Certain experiences are also being held intentionally as surprises. Any adjustments will be made with the integrity of the retreat experience in mind.
RESERVE MY PLACE
What might you carry home?
Eventually, we leave France.
The château remains.
The waters keep moving through the forest.
Montségur stays on its mountain.
But perhaps something in the way you inhabit your own life feels different.
A clearer relationship with your body.
More trust in the quiet ways you know.
A greater capacity to notice desire, name a boundary and receive without immediately reaching to give something back.
A relationship with ritual that belongs to you rather than something you only witness someone else perform.
Memories held not only in photographs, but in the body.
And perhaps seven women you did not know before arriving in France, whose names now belong to the story of this chapter of your life.
The retreat ends.
What you carry forward from it becomes part of your own life.

What if receiving is a practice?
Many of us know how to give.
We know how to anticipate, organize, care, create, lead, hold space and make things happen. Receiving can feel much less familiar, especially when there is nothing expected in return.
During our week together, we’ll explore receiving through the body: through beauty, sensory experience, rest, water, touch within clearly communicated boundaries, being witnessed, asking for what we want, and allowing ourselves to notice what genuinely feels good.
This is also where boundaries become part of the practice.
A true yes becomes more meaningful when a no is equally welcome. Desire becomes easier to hear when there is space to change our minds. Receiving becomes something we can explore rather than something we have to perform.
There is nothing to achieve here. Only the possibility of becoming more intimate with what your own body has to say.
Perhaps you’ve spent enough time being the only one at the table.
Eight women. Eight seats.
There is a particular kind of freedom that can happen when you no longer have to translate the parts of yourself that other people find unusual.
The woman who is intelligent and mystical.
The woman who trusts intuition and still asks questions.
The woman who has built a life of her own and is still curious about what else is possible.
The woman who wants depth, beauty, ritual, laughter, sensuality and conversations that do not stay on the surface.
This retreat is intentionally small.
Eight women means we can all sit around one table.
It means I can know you.
It leaves room for spontaneous conversations, detours on the land, quiet moments, laughter over dinner and the kind of intimacy that becomes difficult inside a group of twenty or thirty.
There is no expectation that we all become the same or share everything.
Sisterhood here is not conformity.
It is the experience of being fully yourself and discovering that there is still a place for you at the table.
“A week that I will cherish in my heart and soul for lifetimes to come. Strangers turned into sisters who held one another with so much love and reverence.”
— Previous retreat participant

A little about my journey...
Today, Southern France is my home. The Aude and Ariège are part of my lived experience, places I return to, people I know and landscapes through which I have guided women on retreat. My relationship with these lands began with the same call you may be feeling now.
I first heard of the sacred feminine and the rose priestesses about 10 years ago. I read a post about it on Facebook and tears literally started running down my cheeks, it was a deep soul remembering.
Remembering of the days where the Goddess was revered, where women’s bodies and sexuality were free and sacred.
A deep soul remembering of past lives as a priestess of the Goddess, a rose sister.
And then I heard a strong call inside telling me I had to go to France. To return to these lands.
Obviously my human started to think of rational plans of how this would be logical for us.
“That means I would have to quit my job, my husband would have to quit his and move our small kids far away from everyone they know. This sounds too complicated, this is not logical, I should just let it go”
But the call persisted...
“You need to move to France. Don’t worry about the details”
At the time, I was living and working as an occupational therapist in Canada. Moving our family to France was not part of any practical plan for either my husband or me
But, alongside the soul remembering came downloads and visions and the call intensidifed, "Move to Southern France and follow the footsteps of Mary Magdalene".
It was so clearn and vivid, I even saw myself living in the southwest, in a stone house with flowers on the wall.
My rational mind could not see how. We had jobs, a life, responsibilities...
But the call kept returning.
Then as spirit has it, a synchronicity I could never have planned happenned.
The company my husband already worked for was bought by a French firm. They offered him a relocation, fully taken care of, into the lands of the Cathars.
And so while I was receiving the visions, life was quietly arranging the way for us to follow them
There was no hesitation in my yes. What had felt impossible suddenly had a doorway. I knew, in my own body, that this was the call I had been hearing.
And today, I live in a stone house with flowers on the wall. The house found me too, but that is another story.
Since moving here, I have walked these lands with devotion, learned their legends, read the Gnostic gospels and sacred texts, and deepened my relationship with the Goddess, the feminine and my own oracular knowing.
This is the relationship I bring to our pilgrimage: a life rooted here, and the lived experience of answering a call before I could explain how it would unfold.
Perhaps you recognise that feeling too, the quiet knowing, the yearning, the sense that something is calling you home?
"Natalia is the embodiment of an open, feminine heart. You can feel her essence holding you in such safety and grace, creating an environment of deep healing."
Zefira Sophia
"Natalia has a unique gift to go straight to soul and bring out your most authentic self while holding you with such gentleness, compassion and non judgement.
She truly creates the most powerful healing spaces I ever experienced "
Marie D.
For seven days, let this be your world.
Château de Tournou, our home in Southern France

Imagine the moment you arrive. A stone tower rising above the garden. Roses against the old walls. Beyond them, green hills opening into the distance. You pause, take it in, and realise: I get to stay here.
Morning light finds you over a slow breakfast. There is time to finish your conversation, to wander into the garden, to let your body decide what it wants next.
After our pilgrimages, we return to this little world of our own. Perhaps you slip into the pool. Perhaps you curl up in the stone salon, still carrying the quiet of the mountain. From the kitchen comes the promise of dinner. Soon, the women you met only days ago are gathering around the table.
For once, you can be the woman who arrives, who is welcomed, who lets someone else prepare the meal. The woman who has time to enjoy it.
The château’s tower dates to the thirteenth century, the age of the Cathar stories woven through our journey. Here, that history becomes part of your surroundings: stone, timber, a doorway you pass through every morning.
A glimpse inside the château
Some of the rooms that will become home for the week. These photographs offer a glimpse of the château; your exact room and bathroom arrangements will be confirmed individually.

Let yourself imagine it. Your bag unpacked. Your place at the table. Seven days with room for beauty, pleasure and the parts of you that everyday life so often asks to wait.

IS THIS YOUR RETREAT?
Perhaps this is your retreat if...
Perhaps Mary Magdalene keeps appearing in your world in ways you cannot quite explain. Southern France has been quietly living in your imagination, and the curiosity feels personal.
You are drawn to mysticism, ritual and the unseen, while still valuing discernment and critical thought. You enjoy asking your own questions and making meaning for yourself.
After years of reading, learning or inner work, you may feel less interested in gathering more information than in living something with your body: listening more closely to desire, trusting your own ways of knowing, allowing yourself to receive.
You long for ritual without dogma, mysticism that welcomes your intelligence, sisterhood with room for difference and sensuality that feels like your own. There is room here for curiosity, for listening to your own rhythms, and for meeting each experience in the way that feels true to you.
If you recognise yourself here, perhaps you already understand why this retreat exists. Whether it is yours to join belongs to you.

What stays with women after they leave
“My time there will forever be the most memorable experience of my life.”
“The intention infused in every ceremony filled me with such deep love and meaning.”
“it actually was the experience and trip of a lifetime xx … Would be back every year if I could!!”

I’m coming alone. Will that feel awkward?
Do I need to know a lot about Mary Magdalene, the Cathars or the history of this region?
Do I need to believe that Mary Magdalene lived in France, or believe in energy, spirits of place or esoteric traditions?
What do you mean by sacred sensuality?
What if I feel nervous about being in a group of women?
How physically demanding is the retreat?
What is included, and what do I arrange separately?
Which room option feels right for me?
Can dietary requirements be accommodated?
What are the payment and cancellation terms?
I feel very drawn to the retreat, but I’d like to speak with Natalia before booking. Can I?
Perhaps you already know.
Eight women will gather in Southern France in May.
We’ll walk the old paths, enter the waters, sit with the stories, climb the mountain, create ritual, eat together, laugh together and spend seven days living inside a different rhythm.
Some women will read this page and simply think it sounds beautiful. For others, something will feel strangely familiar: a recognition, a pull, the sense that they want to experience these places with their own body rather than continue encountering them from afar.
If that is what is happening for you, there is no answer to force. Perhaps you already know whether this is a journey you want to take.
